On the eve of Black History Month, Twitter had no chill. One thing I have to love about my people is how no matter how much adversity we have gone through, we can always find humor in the ugly. Black Twitter will always find a way to make any situation that is terrible, hilarious and this hashtag wasn't any different.
Black Twitter created the hashtag, #TweetLikeThe1600s, and was able to compose some insanely clever tweets relating to slavery. But even though some were historically inaccurate, we're just here for the laughs, right?
