I am going to let you in on a secret….Gwyneth Paltrow is my problematic fave. When she started the Goop newsletter, I immediately signed up and even made a few dishes of recipes she shared in the newsletter. They were mostly bland, but I was truly living my best Caucasian life by walking in the same shoes as Gwyneth Paltrow.
Since then, Goop has turned into a multi million business. Paltrow shares exclusively expensive crap that no one needs in their lives but somehow a subculture that subscribes to it. She gives unsolicited medical advice that hasn’t been researched, but she doesn’t care, because it’s the Goop way.
One of the Goop ways of living is the skinny life. Gwyneth has always been health conscious, even before she started her lifestyle brand. She put her best friend Tracy Anderson’s rigorous workout routines on the map. She openly admitted she’d never feed her kids McDonald’s or junk food unless she was dead. Or that time she told us we were all just lazy for not making time to workout, “Every woman can make time [to workout] - every woman - and you can do it with your baby in the room,” Gwyneth shared. “There have been countless times where I've worked out with my kids crawling around all over the place. You just make it work.”
But now she is singing a different tune. She realized America isn’t fortunate enough to wear size 0 like her. But luckily she has given what the people have been asking for, expanding her Goop apparel for all women shapes and sizes. Goop has teamed up with Universal Standard for a holiday collaboration that will be inclusive for all women! She even had multiple Black woman modeling in the photos! Wow! It’s like she finally realized that she lives in a world with multi races.
All of these chic, well tailored outfits can be yours starting at $250 and above. But let’s be honest, Goop isn’t for the poor! You can stop your eye rolling right now! She is living her best Caucasian WASPY life and you either with it, or you’re not!
We’re here for Gwyneth recognizing the plus size ladies and making clothes for all rich women around the world! Such a charitable queen!
